Saturday 9th August 2014, 10:00am to 5:00pm, Community Centre @ Christ Church. In August 2014, there will be the first IKFF Kettlebell Workshop (potentially leading to the IKFF Level 1 certification next year for South-West of England) so any trainers/fitness enthusiasts looking to meet/train and become qualified by the man who wrote the complete encyclopedia of Kettlebells, please contact me.
