Happy Hormones Yoga

Happy Hormone Yoga supports and helps to get your hormones balanced and reduces many symptoms including PMT, (pre)menopause, menopause, and post menopause, low energy levels and lack of sexual energy. Come and see how these feminine, gentle movements combined with concentration on breath will give you more vitality and a positive mood!
