The Lechlade Village Hall and Recreation Centre is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) managed by Trustees on behalf of the community. The primary object of the CIO is to run the facilities for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Lechlade.
In addition to the existing Sports Pavilion with its 90 capacity room, kitchen there is a new building under construction to replace the one destroyed by the fire of 2016, and scheduled to open in May 2018. In this new building there are a number of different sized rooms available, some of which can be combined to give even greater capacity. Whether you need a small private room or a large function room for a sit down meal, or anything in between, take a look at our facilities.
This web site gives you information about the Pavilion, and the new building, with details of the rooms, equipment and the services we can offer. You can use the calendar to see which rooms are available, and you can also make a request to book rooms using our on-line booking system. For more information please email us at email@example.com or telephone 07788809784.
The new building will incorporate the latest features to ensure it is fully accessible, sustainable and eco-friendly. It is built to the highest standards of insulation and is heated by a air-source heat pump to keep fuel costs to a minimum. A fully enclosed outside garden and seating area will be available for use in fine weather. There will be a large parking area suitable for XXXX cars.
The All Weather Pitch adjacent to the Pavilion has floodlighting allowing 24/7 use, and the new Skatepark, currently under construction, offers state of the art thrills but, hopefully, not too many spills! Close by is the Town Council’s children’s play space, a fitness trail, and a public tennis court.
