Is your activity missing from the list?

If you have booked an event or recurring activity/class at the centre, log into your account and click "My activites". From there you can create an advert (as below) for your activity and submit it to the administration team for approval. Once accepted, your activity will appear below.


Iyengar Yoga

Breathing, stretching, exercise and relaxation to strengthen the body and increase self-awareness. T-shirt, footless tights/joggers, non-slip mat are required. A very light breakfast is preferable. There is a waiting list for this class so please get in touch before attending.

AL-ANON

When someone you love drinks too much....and you don't know where to turn....turn to Al-anon for help. We can help because we know what it is like. Each one of us is a relative or friend of an alcoholic and we support each other, whether the alcoholic is still drinking or not. We understand what it is like to be deeply affected by somebody else's drinking; the pain, hurt, worry, fear, anger and frustration. Come along to a local meeting to find out more

Diet Busters

We have developed an exciting 12-week Weight Management Programme that will help set people on their way to a healthy lifestyle by encouraging sensible eating habits and increasing activity levels.
