Yoga - Lechlade Pavilion

Yoga is an excellent way to improve flexibility, strength and assist with relaxation. This class is ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga after a break or improvers. The class is 90 minutes starting with gentle postures to warm up, then a flowing practice to raise the heart rate, some strengthening and stretching postures and a breathing practice followed by relaxation. The class is 60 minutes starting with gentle postures to warm up, a flowing practice to develop knowledge of the alignment of the basic postures and a breathing practice followed by relaxation.
